Create New and/or Enhance the CICS VT Mapping Interface

Currently, the CICS VT interface is ISPF based. The customers find this interface difficult to learn and difficult to use. Many of the functions are not intuative to the user.

Allow for a one byte common transformation

Add a common transformation for 1-byte fields is from one set of characters to another so specific FBEs do not have to be created for each 1 byte field.
