    In HACP/EE with imbedded HOD 15.0, allow userids that have ADMIN authority be able to add that id to groups setup via the ADMIN console.

    Currently, if I setup a group, being the an admin the product doesn't allow me to add my ID to that group. In smaller configurations this ability is needed.

    In HACP/EE with imbedded HOD 15.0, allow ADMIN ids to be defined through the ADMIN Console instead of coding them in a config file.

    Coding IDs in a config type file is outdated. We should be able to create new admin ID's using the ADMIN console of HACP EE.
