In the iZSAM GUI under the ASSETS tab using the "Product Use By Month" report screen, add an option called "Include Uninstalled/Deleted Software" with a check box. If that check box is checked, exclude the AND PI.UNINSTALL_DATE IS NULL AND P.FOBSERVEDELETED IS NULL AND S.FOBSERVEDELETED IS NULL from the where clause so that deleted history will be included in the resulting report.
