    Add RUNTO to playback in eclipse

    Running Playback under the TSO i/f it is possible to enter a RUNTO command. This functioality is sorely missing in rhe eclipse i/f. This diminishes the effectiveness of playback.

    Debugger Profile Service (EQAPROF) to implement sysplex awareness

    We only want to use a VIPA for the communication between IDz and the mainframe. With IBM z/OS Debugger version 16.0.1 IBM added sysplex-awareness, so now the last missing part that is not sysplex-aware is the EQAPROF. So please add this support.

    Debugger Remote Debug Service to permit RACF keyrings
