    Allow LIST RECORD consumption to be drifted to ZIIP processors.

    Now, IZDS and IZPCA allow the derivation of a COLLECT to ZIIP, but it is not possible to do the same with a LIST RECORD.It would be good to study the possibility of adapting the LIST RECORD as well.

    Equal amount of IF / END-IF statements
