    Allow File Manager variable to be accessed via Rexx running under TsO with FM active

    Enhance navigation in TABL mode

    When VIEWing a file in CHAR mode it is possible to navigate the display to a specific column. In TABL this navigation can only be done by field name or field #. It would be beneficial to allow navigation by column # in TABL mode as well.
