Enable Fault Analyzer extension on VS Code marketplace

We're enabling various extensions on VS Code IDE and is looking for the extension of IBM Fault Analyzer so it can be installed in VS Code to enable user running abend analysis from the product.

Have IDIS leave a re-usable ASID after it's stopped.

Fault Analyzer's IDS STC leaves its ASID un-reusable. Modify IDIS to allow its address space to be reused.

Fault Analayzer should be able to provide abended file and records involved in the abend

When I open a fault analyzer report for abended job I want to get the file name and all the bad records information which causes the abend.

FA Eclipse: Divide Storage Areas into Working-Storage and Linkage

Under Event details --> Event 1/2/3/... there is an item called "Storage Areas" - this should be divided for COBOL into Working-Storage and Linkage. This division should be shown in the outline view as well.
