zOS Connect - MQ data required in the Interceptor SPI

The requirement is that System of Record data must be made available in the Interceptor SPI. The data at postInvoke() should include MQ queue manager name, request queue name, reply queue name, as well as the SoR entry and exit times.

Enable Monitoring for z/OS Connect OAS3 (Open API Specification 3.0) API's

All sites using using OAS3.0 api;s or planning for using OAS3.0 api's don't have support at the moment with IBM Omegamon for JVM and do need it to monitor their api's.
