CICS/PA to save dictionary records for later use

We would like CICS/PA to write out the dictionary records it finds as it reads CICS 110 data. Then as dictionary records age off, they can be removed (not copied) to the dictionary file.

Move I/O Data Buffers Above the Line

Alter the DCB for standard I/O, reading from SMF input files, to place I/O buffers above the line via the macro DCBE versus DCB. Currently, all buffers are taken from below the line, which is a limited resource.
