Support Passphrase and CA-TopSecret messages

Currently passphrase is only supported via SAF. SAF when used with CA-TopSecret does not return important messages to user. Current exit for CA-TopSecret (KLSTSNEV) hasn't been updated since 1996 and doesn't support use of passphrase.

When the user send the character x'10' and others, with some emulators, CL/SUPERSSESION chokes

The Telnet 3270 emulator (Quick3270 Secure) send the ASCII character x'10' CL/SUPERSESSION cut the connection and choke. We have suffered the same problem with other emulator programs.
