Add report tooling to provide list of users and daily usage of RDz

Add a reporting tool or spreadsheet or even just a table with a view that could be printed out that shows number of daily users, how long users are active, and usage for RDz.

Allow IDz RSE Retrieved data sets function to display dataset aliases the way ISPF 3.4 does.

In ISPF a 3.4 dataset search will list aliases and datasets. In RDz and IDZ the alias is not listed, a 0 found is returned. We are still using RSE server version 8.5 so this may have been resolved in new RSE server.
