Code folding feature in RDz Cobol Editor

This is a request to incorporate the "code folding" feature in the Cobol editor in RDz. The LPEX editor has this feature by using X or XX to "hide" lines. Ideally this should work with Scoped statements. i.e. all the statements in an IF-ENDIF pair.

LPEX /ISPF key bindings

Please make the F3 key map to close the editor area instead of "Open Declaration". For experienced ISPF users the F3 key is ingrained as save and close. Consider remapping the Open Declaration function to something like Ctrl+O.

IDz editor pane to display the current Cobol Section Header name

It is suggested that the Section Header Name should always be displayed on the top of the IDz editor pane until the next section begins. It is somewhat similar to the freeze top pane on spreadsheets.
