cursor position in file plugin PDTOOLS V12

When you enter a file Z / os, the cursor is in position 1, but the plugin is under the cursor is in position 0. Thank you to upgrade the plugin to start the cursor postion 1

Wrong record line numbers when a record number starting position is specified

If, from the File Manager, we access a file using the line number (300 for example) the line numbers are not from 0 to 483 (there are 483 lines in the file) but from 1 to 184 (299 lines were dropped).
