    z/OS Ansible Collection zos_operator: add a wrapper for the opercmd 'console' parameter

    Add an option to use IBGENER to copy files using DCP

    To use IBGENER to copy some files that is having problem using the regular DCP command, good example is the SYSDEBUG/SIDEFILE output from PLI or Cobol compiler to use with File Manager or Debugger.
