Provide a row/column filter for the Table Editor in the Data Perspective

Turn off notify boxes on updates and submits

The pop up boxes should be optional. In windows pref I should be able to tell the system that I don't want to see the pop up Boxes. This slow me down.

Extend Menu Manager to allow the use of application-related global variables

Similar to the capability provided in SPF to store profile variables, Menu Manager should be extended to provide similar functionality. This could allow parameters to be retained between sessions.
