change the region pool,own share memory,task share pool to one sharememory segamentation.

Now,TXSeries application can use 0x5/0x6/0x7/0x8/0x9 total 1280G memory with CIPC_SHMBASE and LDR_CNTRL=MAXDATA setting.But with the business growth,app need more memory to use.Custumer want TXSeries to change the region pool,own share memory,task...
