Invalid processing of CICS system copybooks that contain hex values.

Time Stamp format in Data Perspective, different than ISPF

Improve support when the System Property Groups contain a large number of entries

When the System Property Groups file (propertygroups.xml) contains a large number of property groups it should be possible to update individual property groups in propertygroups.xml.
