Application Discovery Flowcharts and Program Flow should have source file name at top

If flowcharts and program flows are exported to a file, it would be helpful to know the original source file name (COBOL, PLI) for clarity, placing the name of the source file as a text box at the top of the image file.

Bundled IBM JRE with AD installer

AD should be delivered with IBM JVM for Windows, so the dependency on Oracle JVM is removed. Oracle JVM with security fixes is not longer a free product.
