Modification required to TABR to track uncatalogued tape datasets

The Standalone Tape Manager (BKMTAPUX) is not setup to track uncatalogued tape datasets.It is my understanding that TABR is not setup to track uncatalogued tape datasets.It needs to be for our usage of thr product.
