Utilize user credentials when recording test cases in CICS instead of CICS user credentials

Current process requires RACF rule to permit CICS to store data at user level. This RACF rule or PERMIT would be mitigated if zUnit utilized user credentials. This would reduce customization steps on implementation.

We want to automate ISQ-messages in order to write the into the syslog.Thats not completly possible, because they are written by PIPEs without an EXPOSE stage.

PL1/DL1 passing pointers for PCB's and CEETDLI support

NRB cannot use full functionality of PL1 with DL1 access as they use CEETDLI as DL1 Interface program which is NOT supported. Other problem is that the PCB's are passed as pointers which is also not supported.
