Increase the Limitation of 1000 inter LU's for DT

Currently DT is limited to 1000 internal LUs. Customer has stated they feel they will have up to 2000 or more users at the same time. This is the EQAMVnnn LUs.

Information about errors

Messages about wrong primary command are displayed in the log.It is not easy when the log window is closed...But messages about wrong prefix command are displayed as a red string on top of the panel : easy to see.
