Natural programs called from JCL

ADDI doesn't have in JCL a special treatment for NATBATCH so we don't treat it as NATURAL program call interface. This functionality is very important for the customer.

Include JCL EXPORT statement in AD

This request is regarding this AD issue: Error [1043] : Syntax Error: 'EXPORT' AD currently does not support JCL EXPORT statement and it would help us a lot if this statement can be added to JCL parsers.
