No spaces after brackets by IDz COBOL formatter

Currtently the formatter (CTRL+Shift+F) inserts a blank after each opening bracket "(" oder before each closing bracket ")". This is annoying and should be at configurable.

Auto Refresh Outline View on changes

Currently the "outline view" is updated only after saving a file. We would like to get it updated on each change to section names or inserting/deleting sections prior saving the file.
