ZMEAS Qnnnn 4 digit limit is too small

Trying to use the ZMEAS Qnnnn entry to tune the RTC queue depth. However it only supports 4 digits and we need at least 5 (10000 represents approximately 1 second of RTC activity). I believe the global itself may be a double word.
