Add process to cycle Bundles that need to be cycled for printing

Add either an automated process (preferred) to open Bundles when required and closed them for printing when all has been captured, or change the existing process so command to cycle Bundels will only cycle those that have captured any output.

They should be marked from start to end page by default, so the user prints the entire report for type (B) or the entire Index for type (I)
