RDz unavailable variables

The Variables @{source.member.scm.location} and @{source.member.file.extension} available at RTC aren't available on RDz.

Variable SSI not included in generated JCL by User Build from RDz

When we include in a translator in field default options=SSI(@{ssi_info]) and then generate the JCL by using User Build from RDz the SSI doesn't appear in the generated JCL ever.
