Open Declaration (F3) für Db2 objects

After selecting a Db2-object and choosing "Open Declaration" from the context menu or hitting F3, the edit location should move to the declaration of the Db2-object in the Cobol-source. (Analogous to F3 when positioned on a variable)

Blockmode in IDz editors

In PL/I (and properbly Cobol) editors the blockmode-function is very slow if you select say 500-800 lines. If you pass about 1000 lines it will just hang IDz.

Allow for different color schemes based on connection

Would like to be able to customized a unique color scheme based on a connection. Example: If I was to access a members on LPAR1 it would have a say a light blue hue background. If I was to access LPAR2 it would have a green hue background.

ZUnit doesn't support status file variables
