zUnit - KSDS (VSAM) Support

RDZ v9 JCL notify and locate should be combined.

RDz v9.1.1 has JCL notification feature, but it can only selected from "Notify" or "Locate". It should be able to allow users to have both "Notify" and "Locate" features.
