DASD report missing DD's

The DASD reports D02, D03 are missing 2 DD's from a given batch job.The missing DD's are SORTIN and SORTOUT. The DD's show up in D04. Problem occurs when a machine that has PAV.

CAZ0 and CAZL currently require access to all RACF-controlled datasets. Requests to create &USERID datasets should be made using RACROUTE VERIFY specifying the USERID of the requestor, not the authority of the started task itself.

In an actual customer situation (Quest Diagnostics)- a batch job sends synchronous MQ requests to CICS. Generally the batch program runs in a few minutes. Occasionally, it runs for a very long time. The slowdown is likely in the CICS transactions....
