Option in CICS PA to extract fields using LIST without any character conversion

Currently x'00' gets converted to x'40' by the LIST command. This is causing user time values to be corrupted. Request an 'AS-IS' option so that LIST can be used to extract certain user fields wthout applying any conversion.

When plugging PA data via select/all/copy and then into MS Excel via Paste, the date column is not allowed to be changed to either custom date formats in Excel or into MM/DD/YYYY format.
