    Add ID attribute to all input fields

    For all FIELD, Subfile, and Table elements, when generating HTML input fields, add an ID attribute with a value the same as the name attribute. This applies to all generated <input> HTML elements.

    Create XML Schema def for Macros

    We often go to the source tab to add trace statements, create and update macro variables, and more. It would be enormously helpful to have an XSD part of the macro XML header so that we can use content assist when editing the file directly.
