zSecure Command Audit Trail data should be human readable in UI

Command Audit Trail in USRDATA fields is not integrated into zSecure Admin User display screen. The fields are shown in a way that is not human readable or interpreted for display at all, which is even less useful than not displaying them.

zSecure Alert to issue multiple TSO/RACF commands

Add a multiple command capability to zSecure Alerts 'TSO-RACF' command option. When an Alert is triggered, we would like to issue at least 5 commands. Also enhance this command capability to include calling a REXX exec directly.

Command Verifier should be able to invoke a REXX or CLIST via normal supported environment calls that would be honored for any TSO address space.
