Fault Analyzer needs to format out Handle Table Entries set for HANDLE CONDITION / HANDLE AID / HANDLE ABEND

We need the capability to view formatted HTB (Handle Tables). These are part of the PG domain. Each time a program issues a HANDLE CONDITION, HANDLE AID, or HANDLE ABEND, entries get put in the a handle table.
