IntelliMagic Vision Japanese panel support

Please add the Japanese panels for IntelliMagic. Our customers want to have Japanese panels, such as report title, description and help. It may be the inhibitor to promote IntelliMagic Vision in Japan. Our competitor have Japanese panels.

Support for 27 x 132 screen size in Workload Scheduler

Alternative idea for this idea (Rearrange ACTUAL START field from panel EQQSOP2L to panel EQQSOP1L [ZWS-I-266]), to have fields from EQQSOP1L and EQQSOP2L on one screen when using 27x132 screen size.

OMEGAMON CICS Exit KOCOME00 always returns RC=0 for XMNOUT exit. It should return the previous exit program's RC if it's greater than the OMEGAMON exit's RC.

We have our own XMNOUT exit to suppress SMF110 records for CSMI and some exception records. Our exit works fine until we need to do OMEGAMON maintenance which does OMEG REMOVE and OMEG INIT. Normally the sequence of the XMNOUT program is KOCOME00 ...
