CARMA - 'Replace' screen should hold Processor Group name, CCID, Comments

When I retrieve element into Sub-project, make changes and then 'Copy to RAM', 'Replace' screen comes up. This is request to 'remember' values for CCID, Comments and Processor Group name associated with a particular program.
