zUnit Test case can handle DBCS data item names

COBOL programs using DBCS identifiers cannot be applied to current implementation of zUnit, because test case sheet created by zUnit cannot handles data item identifiers with DBCS characters.

Refresh outline view after "extract to section"

When you use "extract to section", the outline view is not being updated until you save the member. The view should be updated after finishing the extract.

Data Access Developement Support in RDz v9

RDz v9 with Datastudio, it can choose "Add data access development support" in z/OS proejct. However it not able to view what is the current setting once set. It should support a way to view what is the existing setting for this project.
