Print out the EGL source code with execution order

The customer migrated from CSP to EGL using VAGen and found the source code is generated by function name order instead of execution order. The customer asks if RBD can provide the feature: Print out the EGL source code with execution order.

Keep the dymanic temporary templatePF6/RunTemp in memory until the panel is exited

The goal of this is to allow the end user to refine his selection criteria without having to enter the complete selection again

Description: Extend CEDA CHECK Command to allow values like in GRPLIST OPTION in DFHSIT. LIST Values should be specified also with + sign and * like documented in CICS System Definition Guide.

MIXED=YES support

IBM Output Manager doesn't support a DB2 parameter MIXED=YES. I faul into this DBCS gab! At the installation, I added SBCD to each CHAR field, but at the archive process didn't worked correctly. I got wrong date/time value and SQL errors.
