Support for Chunked Transfer Encoding for Web Services Responses.

For HTTP 1.1 clients CICS as a service provider should honor the chunked transfer encoding HTTP header when sending the response. For many clients accepting chunked transfers is optimal rather than handling a response sent with a content-length.
