RDz to support expansion page size for GDG

When expand a GDG dataset in Remote System View, it will open all version the GDG included. When the GDG's version number is large (1000+), it hold up the client and wait for a very long time or the client will even hang.

RDZ 8.0.3.2 - FILE COMPARE - HEX

The result panel of a file compare does not allow you to toggle between TEXT and HEX. This would be extremely useful.

RDZ 8.0.3.2 - LPEX EDITOR Trailing Blanks

The system z Data editor shows hex40s for trailing blanks. The system z LPEX editor does not. Both editors should function the same with hex representation.

Uppercase function does not work in the first 7 columns. This should work for everything since the first 7 columns are used for tagging sometimes.
