Some inhouse built applications are running in rexx background. There will be a need to visualize rexx related artifacts in Application discovery client. Definitely rexx in AD doesn't fall under critical path but it would be 'good' that AD is enhanced with rexx supports for better documentation
Few inhouse applications are built on rexx sources. Hence there is a need for rexx support in application discovery. I would definitely say this is not on critical path but still it's 'good to have feature' in application discovery to visualize old rexx artifacts(rexx logics, panels, skeletons, msg lib connections..etc) in more readable way. Pls include them in any of future releases.
IBM Application Discovery for IBM Z is a continuous delivery offering, and aims to satisfy the needs of a rapidly evolving market segment. Product strategy evolves and requirements are continuously evaluated against that strategy. This RFE has recently been reappraised against the wider product strategy and does not fall into IBMs delivery plans for the next 12 month. Whilst this RFE might be valid and we might look to deliver longer term, this RFE is being rejected at this time. You also have an opportunity to resubmit in twelve months time if you wish it to be reconsidered then.

A preliminary evaluation of this request indicates that it is consistent with our business strategy. Further evaluation of this RFE is underway.
