Program calls across the different projects (Projects interdependency calls)

We did have a requirement during the product PoC, to have program interdependency call between the projects. F.e. if Project A is full of programs including program (module) X. Some programs from Porject A calls module X from the same project.
And Project B is full programs that calls the same module X from the A project. We would like to know all programs from both projects that have a call to program X.

    Correct me if I am wrong, but we have similar requests #122941 (27/7/18 - 2 votes) and #129733 (6/2/19 - 5 votes) which are considered by IBM as Uncommitted Candidates. Perhaps it should be a good idea to link these requests in order to have IBM reconsidering what should be considered as mandatory enhancement (as in most of our Mainframe organizations we have to manage several Projects (applications) with a lot of interconnections). Interdependency is really a weakness of the AD tool.
    Perhaps we should think about creating some kind of "users club" on AD to merge and prioritize our requests?
