Extend AD to be able map our online CICS environment with non-unique transaction names.

Main goal is to allow additional (user) attributes to support having the same transaction name multiple times in AD repository but with different program names and user attributes in different projects.
Way back in the 1980's, our company wasn't happy with the performance of CICS, so we developed our own transaction routing process. We basically have one true CICS transaction that gets you into the environment, then internal routing structures take over.
Primary difference in IBM's way and our way:
- IBM CICS, the region id is in the transaction definition
- In our FDR CICS structure, the transaction is linked to programs, and programs are defined to regions.
We have a process that loads a home-grown analysis tool similar to RAA/ADDI. It analyzes TRT/FCT/PCT data and produces relationship files.
We are in need of a process that supports our tran/program/file relationships. We have been working with IBM's David Harweluk and Amith Singhee on a joint effort to develop an enhanced mainframe analysis tool supported by ADDI. The ability to integrate our transaction routing in addition to the native CICS mapping is critical to this effort. Opening the RFE to help David and Amith's work effort in solving this.

IBM Application Discovery for IBM Z is a continuous delivery offering, and aims to satisfy the needs of a rapidly evolving market segment. Product strategy evolves and requirements are continuously evaluated against that strategy. This RFE has recently been reappraised against the wider product strategy and does not fall into IBMs delivery plans for the next 12 month. Whilst this RFE might be valid and we might look to deliver longer term, this RFE is being rejected at this time. You also have an opportunity to resubmit in twelve months time if you wish it to be reconsidered then. We are engaged with the client to provide an acceptable work around.

A preliminary evaluation of this request indicates that it is consistent with our business strategy. Further evaluation of this RFE is underway.
