RELATED IDEAS

ADDI and filters

It would be nice if filters could be used to select library members to be read into ADDI. This is not possible in Build Configuration for JCL's for example.
It is possible in Build Client later in the process but that is a bit late.

    Thank you for taking the time to suggest an enhancement to our product. Many of our product enhancements result from feedback from our customers, so your input is always very important to us. We feel this is a valid requirement but delivery within the RFE 2 year window is not likely. Please resubmit in 12-18 months for reconsideration if still valid. Again, thank you for your suggestion and continued support.

    Thank you for taking the time to suggest an enhancement to our product. Many of our product enhancements result from feedback from our customers, so your input is always very important to us. Your request is currently in line with our product strategy and we are evaluating if it can be delivered within the next 18 months based on other priorities and other enhancement requests.

    We would like to get some clarification on your request. Could you please provide additional details on the following:

    a. IWS - ADDI to be able to get the information also for a particular "application" and not only for the whole system. Please confirm, that our understanding is correct!
    b. Could you please better explain about the JCLs? They are based in Changeman or Regular Libraries, and what kind of filters you would like to have in ADDI and what would be the use case?
    c. CICS information - could you please also detail here as well, what kind of filtering you would need and the use case?
    d. DB2 and MQ data are not relevant for the analysis, and this data is not correlated in any way with the data coming from the source code.
