Getting z/OS Connect (API) extracts working with ADDI in offline mode

To allow z/OS Connect (API) extracts working with ADDI in offline mode, this removes the need to connect ADDI to z/OS directly (online).

Sites that do not allow direct connection between ADDI and z/OS cannot use ADDI for API analysis (z/OS Connect).
As most sources are loaded into ADDI via extracts and a subsequent Build/Make, this RFE is asking if the same can be done for API's (z/OS Connect).

Your request is currently in line with our product strategy and we are evaluating if it can be delivered within the next 18 months based on other priorities and other enhancement requests.
