Add capability to copy projects with their data from one system to another

The build takes a while for our projects and IBM suggested to add more build server machines (we use virtual servers) to allow multiple project to be build at the same time. The Callgraph update process however always run on the batch server which runs on the same virtual server machine as the ADDI components. If we are able to build out a full implementation of the ADDI + Build servers on the same virtual server, and then copy that project image with data to another server, we can reduce user impacts by always pointing to the ADDI server machine that is dedicated to discovery processing. This will allow us to run and manage a complete build on the same virtual server without impacting the users that are doing discovering against an image on the discovery only server.

    Thank you for taking the time to suggest an enhancement to our product. Many of our product enhancements result from feedback from our customers, so your input is always very important to us. We feel this is a valid requirement but delivery within the RFE 2 year window is not likely. Please resubmit in 12-18 months for reconsideration if still valid.
