String search does not work for special characters like single quote (and some other)

When trying to search for string f.e. PROGRAM search works fine. However if we would like to do search for 'PROGRAM' string search does not give any result. The same thing is when using regex search [\x27]PROGRAM[\x27]. This is important as sometimes we need to find string and see if it is like variable in the program or f.e. statically called program. As if we do search for string PROGRAM, we do get many results, like otherwise searching for 'PROGRAM'  would reduce amount of results and help to get analysis faster.

Also like with MOVE statement example:

MOVE PROGRAM TO WS-ABCD

MOVE 'PROGRAM' to WS-ABCD

So searching for string PROGRAM would give us both result. But we would like to get the second one only, so searching 'PROGRAM' or 'PROGRAM or PROGRAM' would help in this case.

An idea is to enhance special character support in ADDI string (and regex) search.
