Consideration of IMSTMT files during make projects

When we add an IMSTMT file to a project (already existing and built) that does not include one, the "make project" doesn't take it into account. 
So, we are obliged to do a build, which takes us out of our automatic project update process.
However, it works well with CSD files (which are also placed in the "Configuration" directory of the project).
We therefore open this IDEA in order to have the same operation, between the CSD and IMSTMT files, during the make project.

    Thank you for taking the time to suggest an enhancement to our product. Many of our product enhancements result from feedback from our customers, so your input is always very important to us. We feel this is a valid requirement but delivery within the RFE 2 year window is not likely. Please resubmit in 12-18 months for reconsideration if still valid.
