Upgrade using AD plugin is not a good experience

Customer has issues with AD plugin upgrade as it has to be locally pushed to every desktop for users for the product. If a user accidentally updates the AD plugin and if other users are at a different level , then the project is corrupted. Customer feels that plugin based solutin is always a problem. DBB has a better solution which is web based. Can IBM look into a similar architecture for AD as well.
