VSCode interface for ADDI

VSCode is becoming the main IDE that is supported by IBM. Eclipse as an IDE and programs built on Eclipse RCP are starting to be phased out at customers.
Bringing the main ADDI GUI from RCP to VSCode thus enables usability in the future.
