Support for type when syncronizing configuration members

When using ADDI ADDI syncronization feature its possible to add Configuration/IMST_PGM as Virtual Folder/Type but when it's added to build client it's always added with default type CSD.

This means that every member added thru syncronization feature need to be updated manually which takes time and doesn't fully support automation.

It's also just possible to sync one configuration type per project so if you need to have multiple types you can't.

Adding this feature means more data is supported to bee automatic added/updated in a easier way giving the product more value for the users.
